Entry Flooring After

In the Basement, we had to remove a section of the foundation wall, concrete slab, and all dirt/fill for a new stairwell.

Slab removed, working on the foundation wall and dirt.

We found a few large rocks underneath the slab.

The house is empty, but keeping the dust down is always important.

After scoring the rock with the saw, they split it with a wedge and a sledge hammer.

Dirt and rocks all gone, now just the last portion of foundation wall.

All done and ready for the carpenters.

Back at the 3 Family - Structure Demo
After gutting this place, we were contracted to remove the back portion of this building which was formerly made up of exterior porches and has since been enclosed. Also, the concrete bunker that they call a garage was to be demolished.

Concrete ceiling, walls and floor make up this garage.

Roof and 3rd floor already down. Harnesses and patience are of vital important on jobs like this.

All down, just a few CMU walls left.

Yes Mario, you are the best.

Street permit necessary for optimal dumpster location.

A few beams and portions of the CMU wall are all that is left.
