Scope - gut all 4 floors, demo 1 car garage and concrete floor,
2 chimneys, and basement slab

Trash came out that 2nd floor window right into truck.

We gutted the first floor of this two family after a fire.

What have we learned so far? No insulation = easier.




After the big crew does their job, a few guys go back to de-nail and sweep.
